[cisco-voip] Phones are not registering to Call Manager over WAN

Hi
I am having call manager 6.1(10.10.30.200/24) at the central site.At the
remote site i have H323 gateway( 10.10.10.1/24).I gave static ip address to
phone which is (10.10.10.100) on the remote site.
I added the phones mac address on the call manager and the gateway.The phone
is not registering with the call manager over WAN.Can some one explain the
reason for phones not registering.
