[cisco-voip] 7936 voip phone

Well what I had noticed is that it appears they finally removed the character limit on passwords. When I originally typed in my password when I setup my account it was 10 characters, until yesterday a shortened version always worked today  I saw the new signon screen and the 10 character version was required.. which is kinda scary as I think it means the old passwords couldn't have been hashed....

Cisco's website is having issues-

I just had to call and get mine reset to get an IOS image downloaded.

Couldn't even get logged in, they had to reset my CCO pwd myself.

They say they'll have it fixed later on...

Thanks Jason. It would be good to know what they said. I know that TAC is by the letter, so for example, they may say that 7912 is not supported on 7.1(3) b/c of EOL, but we're pretty sure it will work. Or at least we hope so, with 4000 of them. ;)
