Done as suggested and that's working perfect. Thanks very much.

I'm a steep learning curve here.

Hello Martin,
For that situation I would recommend using a Translation Pattern. Set 59300 as the "Translation Pattern" Set 30000 as the "Called Party Transform Mask" And set the Partition and Calling Search Space fields appropriately.

Steve your a star that worked, spot on.

	Thank you.

Can I ask another question if you had 5 significant bits coming in, (59300) but needed it to go to DN 30000 how would you do it?

I've tried CTI route points to forward it which is is how I forward calls for 59301 to Call Unity AA. I have multi AA's.

But it comes up as forwarded, and throws my voice mail out. because it sees number dial as 59300 instead of 30000.

Any help will be gratefully received.

Put the full number in the External phone number mask on the DN which will show the full number in the upper right hand corner, then on your route pattern or route list check the box to use the external phone number mask in the Calling Party Transformation but then in the Transform Mask section enter XXXXXX - this will send only the last 6 digits.

I need some help yet again.

I am looking to push out caller ID on to the BT network, which only requires the last 6 digits.

I have set my "External Phone Number Mask" on a per DN basis.

However in the top right of a phone it will only show 6 digits.

What I would like to do is in the top right of a phone show the full uk number including area code.

But on my route pattern, push out the last 6 digits for the caller ID to BT

Can any one advise me on how I can do so please?

	Thanks in advance
