[cisco-voip] CER CTI Ports

In looking at Cisco Emergency Responder 7x I need CTI Ports setup for
both the Publisher and Subscriber right? 

 

 So if I have 32 CTI Ports for CER Publisher I should also setup in
CallManager 32 CTI Ports for CER Subscriber, right?
