[cisco-voip] BLF/Speed-Dial on 7914

I'm using a 7916 with 7965.  The background on the 16 is bright blue, 
which differs from product literature, and is actually harder to read 
than the 7915 grayscale.  According to TAC there is no way to change the 
background color (why not?) so buy it if you like bright blue, otherwise 
avoid.
