hello everyone

can some one tell me how or if i have a problem?

im on ver7.1 cucm, and using a vg224. Trying to controll the vg224 registering through the call manager device pool . it seems to be alway registered to the priority 1 call manager that is set in the vg224. Is there a way to change the registering through the call manager device pool on the voice port it self? when i put it to the device pool of priority 2 it registers but i get reorder tone on the phone.  can some help if you have experienced this or now if this is the way it works or do i have some configured wrong?
