[cisco-voip] Callmanager dropping every 6th packet

This is expected. Its either CSA or the firewall policy, I forget which.
But it is normal/expected.

I understood it has some ICMP rate limiting, etc.  RTMT isn't giving any
alerts is it?  Maybe they should just drop ping altogether.  

 

If you go from the CMPlatfrom ping utility any issues?

During some troubleshooting, I came across a weird situation.

 

>From the command line of our 6509 (or ASA's a little farther up stream)
if we ping our Callmanger 7.1.3 It drops every 6th packet.  The PUB, the
SUB, and our Unity box do this.  Other servers (IPCCX, running windows)
don't.

 

Pinging from desktops don't drop any packets.


Any Ideas?
