Bas,
Thanks for the confirmation. You are indeed correct, after reviewing the Bill of Materials we're deploying 7916's against the 7965s not as I had earlier stated the 7914 product. I'm performing the phase 1 install today so I'll have the opportunity to verify BLF with that configuration as well.
Thanks again for the timely response.
Nate

Hello Nate,
I can confirm that BLF works on a 7960/7914 combo on CUCM 6.1.1.
The 7914 product documentation mentions Cisco Unified IP Phones 7960G (CP-7960G), 7961G (CP-7961G) , 7970G (CP-7970G) and 7971G-GE (CP-7971G-GE) as required phones.
IIRC the 7965 needs a 7915/16.
Regards
Bas

All,
I've been trying to determine whether a 7914 Expansion module can be used to provide BLF/Speed-dial functionality. I've seen various posts indicating that it will support either DN or Speed-Dial, but many reference CCM 5.X or previous releases. I'm deploying as a sidecar to a 7965 and we're running CUCM 7.1(2).
Thanks,
Nate
