[cisco-voip] CallManager 7.1.3 DRS Backup only Publisher vs every subscriber?

The cluster is backed up under a single backup job. Pub and Subs tars are
created from the "ccm" backup. if you look at the sub the backup device is
replicated.
I guess you would restore a Sub to replace MOH, Ringtones, Backgrounds?
