[cisco-voip] Problem logging into CCO?

I faced the same issue and send a mail to Cisco help contact. They reset my password and now i am able to login.

I haven't been able to get into CCO (keeps rejecting my ID/password, which haven't changed).
Is this widespread, and if so, is there an eta for fix?
