[cisco-voip] CallManager 7.1.3b release status?

Yes it is coming, apparently this week according to that doc.  The fix is for CSCtc80749.

I see the Compatibility Matrix under Supported Cisco Unified Communications Manager Upgrades for Release 7.1(x) shows CallManager 7.1.3b  but these files are not in the CCO downloads section and there are no release notes yet.
 
Any expected release dates for 7.1.3b ? Or am I missing something on Cisco.com?
