[cisco-voip] 1024 char limit for CSS and route filters

with v4.1(3), we had a limit of 1024 characters for route filters and CSS (device + line). 

can anyone confirm if v7 still has this limitation? from what I recall is was an SQL limitation, not CUCM, so I'm hoping with the new platform it's gone.
