Hi Peter, thank you for your answer.

   The issue affect internal call, IP Phone to Ip Phones and also external
call made trough H.323 gateway, for call made from all site connected to the
cluster.

All 14 remote site are configured with SRST in H.323.

Often, or all of the time? Also, to confirm, you hear "beeps" (Tone on
Hold) in the non working scenario, as opposed to silence?

What types of devices are involved in the call (MGCP Gateway, IP
phone, cti port, h.323 trunk?) on either side?
