[cisco-voip] re unity second credential s window

[O'Donovan, Kevin (ITD)]

Can someone tell me why I get a second credentials window when I'm on
Unity 5.x web admin page? Username, Password and Domain

I've had it occur before on older vesions of Unity as well.

It occurs when I click on the subscriber link.

It doesn't seem to effect anything if I fill it out or simply click
cancel but I'm curious why it's popping up.
