[cisco-voip] Additional CUCM Node License (post install) with CUWL-PRO

Does anyone know the procedure to get an additional CUCM node license for a client that has CUWL-PRO?  They are adding another couple of nodes to their existing cluster. (Client has also purchased ESW and UCSS).

The Cisco AM seems to think that it's just a matter of using the PUT tool.  That has proven unsuccessful.

Thoughts?
