[cisco-voip] SIP Trunk Authentication

I am trying to connect two sip trunks together and authentication the user through the SIP-UA. But I am having problem with it.
R1(CME)-------------R2----------------SipTrunkClound------------R3--------------R4(CME)
Calls are going throught the sip trunks without any problem. The issue is that I want to authenticate the user before using the sip trunk.
I have used ,
SIP-UA
Credentail username xxxx password yyyyy realm zzzzzz.
But it is not using the credential ....
