[cisco-voip] Unity trnasfer to external phone

Hi All

 

I want to do the following thing on one CCM phone

 

1.       During office hour, call with busy and no answer will forward to
external phone (not vm).

2.       During non-office hour, call with busy and no answer will forward
to its vm

 

I can do point 2, but for point, how can I transfer call to the external
phone instead of vm, I cannot find anyway for do this.
