[cisco-voip] 7906 Support on CM 4.0

If you look at the release notes for the 7906G firmware you will see  
clearly that it is not supported with CUCM 4.0, 5.0(1), or 5.0(2).

"Supported in Cisco Unified CallManager Versions 3.3(5)SR2, 4.1(3)

Cisco Unified CallManager Version 5.0(2) and higher"
