[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 2.X SMTP Notification

In 7.x, you can go under System Settings -> Advanced -> Connection
Administration and specify what URL should be included when you check
the include link box. That option does not exist in 2.x, but, as a
workaround, you can include a custom URL in the 'Message Text' field
on the notification page.
