[cisco-voip] Force Password Change

I am trying to force my admin users to have to change their passwords
when they log in for the first time.  I go into the account, select edit
credential next to the password, and check the change at next login box.
 If I log out and log in with that account, I am not required to change
the password.  I am fairly new to the appliance versions of UCM, so
maybe I am not doing something correct.  By the way, this is on a UCM 7
platform.  Thanks.
