[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.1.3 media

I just ordered upgrade media about a month ago and it came in as 6.1.2.

If its a new install, you can also install 6.1.2 and apply the 6.1.3 patch
during the installation process. Just makes the install take a little bit
longer.
