[cisco-voip] CAD 7.2 supervisor barge-in/intercept option disabled

hello All,

 

I am using CAD 7.2 with ICM 7.2 and CCM 6.1 and facing problem in CAD supervisor. barge-in and intercept buttons are disable in CD supervisor. Anyone have idea
