[cisco-voip] CME group phone broadcast

Before this feature you could only set the pilot as a line appearance on many phones to get the same behavior, then CFNA to your final destination.

In newer versions of CME&IOS you can do what is called a blast group. I do not know off the top of my head what version this support was added, I think it was CME 4.3. There are some caveats though as far as SCCP and SIP go.

Hi guys,

I have a question regarding configuring an inbound broadcast ring to all extensions.

At the moment I have a 'connection plar' pointing to an 'ephone-hunt 1 sequential' to hunt through the extensions but can't figure out how to broadcast (make the extensions ring) the inbound call as apposed to hunt?
