[cisco-voip] Upgraded Partition Backout

On CUCM 6.1.x is there any method to back out an upgrade to an inactive partition? I have done this type of upgrade at least half a dozen times with never a problem but I am being asked from a change management perspective. My original answer of contacting TAC is not working for me.
