[cisco-voip] wav vs mp3 files

I don't think Cisco IP phones can play mp3 files.  If you hit Messages
button on 79xx phone it probably wouldn't know what to do.

Can Unity deliver mp3 files instead of wav files to the message store?
I know it was not supported at one time but want to verify if that may
have changed.
