[cisco-voip] BLF Status in Corporate Directory

I have just noticed the BLF status in the Corporate Directory has stopped
working, BLF speed dials and the other directory lists are fine though.
Can't see how this is, is there anywhere this could have been turned off.
Subscribe CSS is set on all users.
