I'm pretty sure that v7 does not include a DHCP server at all! 

Can anyone confirm?

If you cant get to the URL: This is an feautre request, CCM 5.X and up is not able to show DHCP leases. Suggested Workaround: Use an dedicated DHCP Server. This request has the severity 6 (very low......)
