[cisco-voip] Bulk Administration Question

This is for Cisco Presence. Basically, you can have Presence only on
certain lines if you  like.

When creating a Phone Template and you configure the part for the Line
Template Configuration, what does Users Associated with Line
accomplish.  I can't seem to find any information on it.
