[cisco-voip] User looses Attendant Console settings

when user logs off their settings are pushed up to the server.  if 
settings are not saved it is because TCP session is being interrupted. 
If happens repeatedly then the user's settings glob in the directory has 
been corrupted.  best recovery is to delete and recreate the user.
