IIRC, you have to uninstall the Agent before installing Supervisor.
Supervisor installs Agent with Supervisor. This is all off the top of
my head, so I certainly could be wrong.

Where do you find a list of applications that conflict with installing
the supervisor? I've Googled and searched CCO without success.

I'm trying to load the supervisor client on a windows xp box with IE
that already has the agent installed. When I try it gives me a conflict
and stops the install. What is in conflict is my question.

Thanks

Scott
