[cisco-voip] voip appl debug is oddly useless in IOS 12.4

Hi,
Are there any changes in the way how voip application debug works in IOS 
12.4? I enter "debug voip appl script" or "debug voip appl tclcommands" 
and what i get is no output from "puts" tcl commands, no nothing. And 
the messages i get with "debug voip ivr all" look like the messages from 
AFW core only. I am pretty sure there are errors in my script, but i can 
not troubleshoot them. This doesn't depend on whether the script is 
loaded from tftp or flash. Did anyone have this problem? Am i missing 
something?
