[cisco-voip] MOH Unicast vs Mcast, quick question

I have a customer concerned about callers getting placed on hold and coming
into the MOH stream mid way through. They are currently using mcast moh, if
I switch this to unicast will it resolve the complaint or will callers still
get merge in an already in progress MOH stream? Thanks in advance!
