Hello,

 

When you add the user, are you checking the box "Enable Mobility"? If so, you are consuming device licenses when you add a user.

Hi  Team 

I am not able to add user in CallManager to be seen in the "Corporate Directory" on the IP Phone

I have just add only one

I am receiving the message "Update failed .All the allocated licenses to this  node are consumed

My question is if the licence for the device ist the same for the DN 

As I am sseing if I delete  one Directory Number , I am able to add a user 

Please Clearify
