[cisco-voip] DMA and Upgrade Assistant 4.3(6)

I'm sure there's a compatibility matrix out there somewhere but  
honestly you are upgrading from a Windows based server to a linux  
based one.  Does the OS version really matter?

In fact the matrix only lists CUCM version for DMA compatibility.
