I'm sure there's a compatibility matrix out there somewhere but
honestly you are upgrading from a Windows based server to a linux
based one. Does the OS version really matter?
In fact the matrix only lists CUCM version for DMA compatibility.

I’m trying to verify the Cisco OS 2000.4.x versions that are
supported with DMA under 7.0(1). I didn’t have any luck searching on
cisco.com, where can I find the supported OS versions listed? I am
upgrading from CallManager 4.1.3 to 7.0(1).
I recall that Cisco Upgrade Assistant 4.3(6) does a check but can’t
find a listing of supported OS versions.
