[cisco-voip] No access to CCM server

I have seemingly lost all access to one of my CCM servers (6.1.2 version). I can't access it via GUI or SSH but it appears to still be working to some extent. Database status in reporting indicates that replication is working fine... but nothing is registered to the server. The server is also still backing up every night... I'm thinking something got screwy with CSA. Any suggestions? I know I can disable CSA via console access but I want to make sure this doesn't happen again.
