[cisco-voip] Translation pattern in CUCM6.1

are you doing this so that people can use their missed/received/placed call
lists ?     if so, perhaps you could deal with this on the outbound call.
create a route pattern
9.!
predot discard
prefix 90

Also, I'm just curious, your telco is prefixing a 9 to each inbound call?
 this seems weird, especially if you are in a region where you need to
return the call prefixed with 0.
