[cisco-voip] IPCC upgrade

I have an old 3.5 CRS server that will be moved to version 5.0.2. Is there a way to convert the old apps to 5.0.2? I see the only upgrade path is via 4.5. We are installing a new server and would only like to migrate the apps, no sany of the historical stuff I will rebuild them if necesarry but would love to see if there is another way before going that route.
