[cisco-voip] Attendant Console on CCM 4.1.3

Running AC on Call Manager 4.1.3.  One user can login with the userid
Operator and all is well.  A second user cannot

login as userid Operator from her desk.  She can login as a new user
that I created from her desk so it is not a issue with her computer.
Any ideas?  Is there some way to create a new user and copy the settings
that Operator has so the user does not have to rebuild from scratch? 

 

>From the machine where Operator does not work the AC comes up with the
login screen comes up and prompts for the user name and password.  It
says that the userid is already logged in, do you want to login anyway
yes or no.  Either one you pick the task starts but the gui never comes
up.
