[cisco-voip] Upgrade to CallManager 6.1from 6.0

you have to combine the two files.

use:

6.1.2 two part File
Linux
cat UCSInstall_UCOS_6.1.2.1000-13.sgn.iso_part1of2
UCSInstall_UCOS_6.1.2.1000-13.sgn.iso_part2of2 >
UCSInstall_UCOS_6.1.2.1000-13.sgn.iso
Windows
COPY /B
UCSInstall_UCOS_6.1.2.1000-13.sgn.iso_part1of2+UCSInstall_UCOS_6.1.2.1000-13.sgn.iso_part2of2
UCSInstall_UCOS_6.1.2.1000-13.sgn.iso
Check the md5 Check Sum
