[cisco-voip] anyone upgrade to 6.1.3 yet?

I'm just looking through the release notes and bugs, I'm on 6.1.2.1000 so I
need to upgrade to something before that 248 day bug bites me (or reboot my
cluster)

Any particular reason we can't go from 6.1.3 to 7? Someone took the time to
make a note at the top of the 6.1.3 release notes about it...
