Going to 7.x- you have to wait until 7.1


CTI issue- We are also advised to go to 6.1.3 due to this 


We have checked the  CTI as per Cisco SHOW STATUS

The CCM has been up  more then the 247 odd days so we busted it but no 
effect also we checked the CTI manager which was some 40 - 50 days so 
either the time limit is incorrect  or the advice re Show status is wrong 
and you need to check  the  CTI service ?
