[cisco-voip] Change from AF31 to CS6/AF24

Cisco changed CallManager signaling packets from af31 to cs3=af24 a long
time ago.  I noticed we have some older 2800s running 12.2T/12.4T with
"auto qos voip" which set aside 5 percent bandwidth for af31. 

 

What version IOS did "auto qos voip" change from af31 to cs3/af24?
