[cisco-voip] 7.0.1.21007-1 delay with Call Park

I was thinking there was a bug in 6x where the Call Park was slow to
display.  I'm seeing same issue in 7.0.1.21007-1.

 

I call Phone A, they press Call Park and it delays 4-5 seconds then
shows "Call Parked at xxxx" on screen. Takes a lot longer than 4.1(3)
