[cisco-voip] Mobility (Single Number Reach) - Internal calls

We upgraded from 4.1(3) to 6.1(2) last weekend.  Prior to this weekend
we've been running a Mobility Manager server for our Single Number Reach
and both internal and external calls would show as 10 digit numbers on
the cellular devices.  Since the upgrade and now that this function has
been moved to CUCM - we only receive the last 4 digits on calls from
internal numbers - external numbers still show 10 digits.

Nothing has changed as far as route patterns, etc. - and I've looked
everywhere I know to look.

Any ideas on what I might be missing?
