What version of CUCM are you running? There were a number of bugs
with this type of symptom.

Good afternoon all,
I have an extension (that just happens to be my own) that all of a
sudden this morning will not take calls incoming. You cannot call my
DID, dial our main number and my extension, nor dial my extension
from another set. However, I can make calls to other phones just fine.
When you call my number you get a fast busy. I have checked the
calling search space, the device (I have soft phone, too, and neither
work for that extension, but my second line appearance works fine).
My extension is 2137. This does not work on any phone. I have a
helpdesk extension (6800) that works fine on both the soft phone and
my desk phone. I have deleted the directory number and readded, but
it still doesn’t work.
Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look to get this restored?
Thanks,
Brandon
