[cisco-voip] Changing dial out number from 9 to 5 to solve 911 mis-dial issues

Greetings,

 

We are going to change our dial out number from 9 to 5 to solve the
miss-dial 911 issues.  I know that all the route patterns need to be
changed.  However, is there anything else that I am missing that needs
to be changed too?
