[cisco-voip] Links via the downloads?

Happens to me too.  It seems this links usually point to the Partner
portion of the site, which is why we get the access denied.  Why they
link to these is beyond me.  Very frustrating indeed.

Is it just me?  Everytime I try to get to a release note / tech note
next to each of the downloads I'm looking for I get a 403 error
forbidden file or application.

 

eg. I want to look at the release notes for 2003.1.4 so I'm to the point
I can download and the release notes are right there on the right side.
so I click on it to check and I get the stupid 403 error.  What gives?
