[cisco-voip] cdr agent send file failure

I'm actually having the same problem. I usually start by trying to upload and download files from the sftp server using the same username pass as CUCM

We are having CDR agent send file failure on a CUCM 6.1.2 subscriber.  Can anyone tell me where to trouble shoot this problem, please?
