I would turn on detailed CDR Agent and CDR Repository Manager traces and
download them from the time of the error from all nodes. You should see
some hopefully informative error messages in there.

We are having CDR agent send file failure on a CUCM 6.1.2 subscriber.
Can anyone tell me where to trouble shoot this problem, please?
