[cisco-voip] CISCO 7940 Configuring Ip Stuck

Hi, my Cisco 7940G,with SIP Firmware 7.5,stuck in configuring ip,i use DHCP
and try, 123456789*0# and *6# combination to reset the phone but i don't
solve this problem,i can not to use configuration network menu,please help
me!!!!!
